IMOC Dyno Day a huge sucess.

Saturday the 21st of February saw the Irish Mitsubishi Owner’s Club (IMOC) arrive at TDP for a dyno day. The weather was absolutely beautiful, complimented by the sight of Mitsubishi’s finest machinery arriving in the the Trackday Performance car-park. We were greeted by the friendly members. With all the bonnets up, the lads compared mods, eager to find out what figures their cars would produce on the dyno.

We started with daveelliottevo9GT’s EVO IX GT (as the username suggests).

This EVO IX was fairly standard with just some breathing mods.

Next up, was the EVO VII GSR belonging to Eoin (evo-7-gsr).
This car had some breathing mods, a boost controller and the standard ECU was remapped.

The next car on the dyno, was an EVO V RS belonging to BarryC.

This car had some breathing and fuelling mods, cams and an EVO VII ECU was fitted and remapped to run E85. Barry’s EVO V RS was the second highest bhp car on the day.

This concluded our dyno runs and brought the day at TDP to a close.

It was an absolute pleasure to meet these lads. They were one of the nicest and funniest groups of people that I have ever met. They’re a credit to the IMOC. We hope to work with them again soon.
