Roll Over Check Valve AN06 to AN06

Our range of AN fittings and adapters are CNC machined from 6061-T6 Aluminium Alloy providing excellent quality with superior thread strength and smooth assembly. Our AN fitting and adapters are suitable for a wide range of automotive applications including Fuel, Water and Oil Lines.

Our Roll Over Check Valves are designed to allow single direction flow of fuel and gases, they are commonly used as one way breather valves.

The AN 6 male (-6 AN) inlet/outlet fitting is compatible with fuel/vent systems and adaptors. Whether used as a rollover-prevention valve or as a one-way breather/vent device, this unit offers reliability, compact size and essential safety for high-performance fuel systems.

• One-way flow: Allows venting or breather flow in one direction (upward/outward), while automatically closing in reverse flow or rollover conditions.
• Compact & low profile: Ideal for tight spaces in fuel cells, tank vents, rollover protection systems.
• Machined aluminium: Offers lightweight construction, corrosion resistance and suitability for fuel & breather system use.
• Gravity/flow sensitive design (for rollover): Automatically closes when vehicle experiences inverted or abnormal orientation, reducing risk of fuel spillage or vapour escape.
• High-quality sealing and construction: Minimises leak risks under vibration, pressure differentials or adverse conditions.
• Versatile application: Suitable for fuel cell vents, crankcase breather systems, surge tank vent lines, return lines, or any system where one-way flow or rollover shut-off is needed.
